Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReachBase.ai ("the Service"), operated by ReachBase ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

ReachBase.ai is a B2B SaaS platform that automates website discovery and outreach. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered website harvesting and discovery
  • Automated website scouting and qualification
  • Contact information extraction (emails and forms)
  • Automated outreach via email (SMTP) and contact form submission
  • CAPTCHA solving for form submissions
  • Campaign management dashboard and analytics

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReachBase.ai responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Specifically:

You Must:

  • Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR (EU), CASL (Canada), and any local regulations in the jurisdictions where you operate or where recipients are located.
  • Ensure your outreach messages are truthful and not misleading.
  • Honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly.
  • Have a legitimate business purpose for contacting each recipient.
  • Include accurate sender identification in all outreach.

You Must Not:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or messages with deceptive content.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse any person or organization.
  • Use the Service for any illegal activity, including fraud or phishing.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit restrictions, or security measures.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties.
  • Impersonate another person or organization in outreach messages.
  • Use the Service to collect personal data for purposes unrelated to B2B outreach.

Important: ReachBase.ai provides outreach automation tools. You, the user, are solely responsible for the content of your outreach messages and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. We are a tool provider, not the sender of your messages.

5. Billing and Payments

Credit-Based Billing

The Service uses a credit-based billing system. Each action in the pipeline (harvesting, scouting, contacting) consumes credits from your account balance. Credit costs for each action are displayed in the platform.

Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods (except top-up credits).

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed a significant portion of your credits. Contact contact@reachbase.ai for refund requests.

Price Changes

We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by ReachBase and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service.

You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service, including campaign configurations, outreach messages, and exported data.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

You acknowledge that campaign data (discovered websites, contact information, outreach results) is generated by automated processes and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying data before relying on it.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.

Third-party service outages (search APIs, AI providers, CAPTCHA services) may affect the functionality of certain features. These are outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReachBase.ai and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Damages arising from your use of the Service for outreach, including any legal claims made by recipients of your messages.
  • Inaccuracies in discovered data, contact information, or AI-generated content.
  • Service interruptions or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReachBase, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your outreach messages and campaigns.
  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
  • Any claim by a third party related to messages you sent through the Service.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service for illegal purposes. In cases of serious violation, termination may be immediate without notice.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
